I have lived in Wilmington almost my entire life. I am graduate of Wilmington High School, Delaware Technical and Community College and Goldey Beacom College. I have an AA and BS in Accounting. I was employed by the State of Delaware Department of Health and Social Services for over 35 years (1981-2016) . I was a Wilmington City Councilperson for four terms (1992-2012) and Director of the City Parks and Recreation Department form 2017-2021. I serve on various boards and commissions. I am member of St. Elizabeth Church. I live in the Bayard Square Section of Wilmington.
