Rachel currently serves in dual roles at Delaware Technical Community College (Delaware Tech), both as the
Director for Workforce Development and Community Education at the Wilmington Campus, as well as the
Executive Director of theDelaware Manufacturing Extension Partnership (DEMEP.)
Rachel is comprehensively involved in delivering services to meet workforce needs in the State of Delaware. Rachel completed her Ed.Din 2021 at theUniversity of Delaware in Educational Leadership and is a proud graduate of the Delaware Tech LeadershipDevelopment Program. Rachel has served in multiple positions at
Delaware Tech since 2007, all centered around Workforce Development.
Prior to Delaware Tech, Rachel spent nearly 10 years working at non-profit agencies with humanitarian missions, including theAmerican Red Cross of SoutheasternPennsylvania and the World Affairs Council of Philadelphia.
Rachel has previously served as President on the Gateway Charter School Board, is currently a Board member for Jobs for Delaware Graduates and is an active Brandywine Hundred Rotary Club Member. She and her husband of 24 years reside in the North Wilmington area with their three children.
